Order Status
Has my order-backorder from Art And More shipped? When will it arrive?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed.  Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Most of our framed merchandise is manufactured after the order is placed so orders are typically shipped within 5 to 7 business days; however, sometimes it might take up to 2 weeks to ship the merchandise depending on the number of orders & print/collectible availability.  As soon as the order is shipped we will change the status from “pending” to “ship”.

All of our orders are shipped “GROUND” unless you specify this in comments regarding earlier shipping methods (i.e.; next day, second day).  If you requests earlier shipping services then we will charge accordingly.  All special shipping, insurance and related charges are determined after the order is placed.  We try to use the most economical shipping method (including insurance) for our products.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO, except in special circumstances.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order arrived incomplete-My order did not arrive at all
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact Art And More for assistance at (563) 445-0531.
What kinds of payments do you accept?
  ArtandMore.com accepts all major credit cards, cashiers checks, and money orders.  Sorry, no personal checks.

You can shop at ArtandMore.com with absolute confidence that any and all the information you transmit is secure and kept confidential.
I need to change my personal information-credit card information.
  If at anytime you need to change your information such as your address, delivery options, or credit card information, please log into your account “ My Account” and you can make these changes.

What if I have problems ordering online? Can I order from Art And More by phone or mail?
  Online ordering is the quickest and most convenient way to purchase products from Art And More. Simply enter all of your information through our secure server. You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It is also easy to phone in if you wish to pay by telephone or place a order. If so, please do the following:
1. Proceed to Shopping Cart and enter your order information online and at payment pay as PO-Purchase Order ( enter any 2 or 3 numbers as PO ). After placing the order please call us with your credit card and order number info.
2. If you are a business placing an order:
a) If we have agreed on terms before then just place the order and at checkout just pay as PO and enter PO number.
b) If you are a prepaid business customer then pay at checkout using your credit card.
3. If you still want to call to place an order please call us at (563) 445-0531, Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm Central Time with your name and credit card information. Your order will not be processed until you call to verify your order and make a payment.

You can always be comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce at ArtAndMore.com. If you wish, you may also send us an International Money Order (only), PayPal payment, or fax your credit card information. To order by Money Order, simply print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page after completing checkout and fill in the necessary fields, then mail the form to:
