If you have a different ticket size whether it’s horizontal or vertical, please give the dimensions in the ticket size options given above on this page. We will adjust the framing according to the dimensions. If you ticket is 1.25 inches in width then plz enter as 1.25 & if height is 5.7 inches then enter as 5.7. If you mention the dimensions of your ticket that be great since we can then send u the product according to your ticket dimension other wise we will ship standard. If you choose personal photo option then your photo space is standard and you need to have 4 in (h) x 6 in (w) photo. If you do not have this size photo you can always go to any photo lab and they can enlarge or make it small for the size you need.
