When my order will be shipped? Most of our merchandise is shipped within 3 to 5 days, but sometimes it might take 1 to 2 weeks before we ship the order depending on print availability. Due to constant changes in the sports & art markets, some item prices and availability may change and are not assured. We try our best to keep our website up to date with the changing market trends and prints inventory, but sometimes items may be out at the publisher or no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We will notify you as soon as possible. We try to have most of our merchandise in stock.
Shipping rates, methods, and order tracking Art And More uses either UPS or FedEx for most of our shipping. We pass the same low rates they charge us along to our customers. Sometimes we may offer either free shipping on some products or at a considerably reduced rate. These shipping charges will be available on our web site. You can also track your shipment by going to UPS.com or Fedex.com.
Packaging and damaged items We try our best to package your merchandise with extreme care. Prints are wrapped in heavy paper and shipped in a strong sturdy tube. Every framed art order is packaged in secure sturdy cardboard box to make sure it arrives undamaged. If you receive a box which is damaged, please let the carrier know and tell them to make a note of the damage. If the item inside is damaged or broken, Art And More will replace it at no charge.
What if only a few items are available for immediate shipping? If you order multiple items from ArtAndMore.com but not all of them are in stock, we will wait to ship your entire order when all the items arrive. If you would rather us ship immediate items now and the rest later, please let us know in comments section and we will send you whichever part of the order is finished first.
Is my order insured? All of our merchandise is shipped insured.
Product Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Art & More has a 100% Return / Exchange/ Refund policy on all items EXCEPT our Personalized Products (e.g., Memory Mats, Personalized Sports Prints). All of our products are framed according to your specifications and order. We sell quality merchandise with excellent prices and we are 100% sure you be happy with our products. However, if you would like to return your purchase, you can send that back to us with in 10 days and receive one of the following; • Credit for use on future purchase • Exchange for same product • Refund for the product.

Please note that if you use packing tape to secure the package, be very careful that the tape does not touch any part of the artwork or the acrylic glazing, as this possibly could cause damage. Artwork that is returned with this type of damage may not qualify for the full refund. • Your exchange guarantee from ArtandMore.com covers the purchase price for your art, but does not include any additional expedited shipping costs you may have selected when you made your purchase. • If you purchase using a free shipping option, you only pay for the return shipping charges.
International Shipping We do ship internationally.
You may need to pay duties and taxes to claim your product, depending on your local customs office. ArtAndMore.com doesn’t control these international taxes and duties so we cannot determine what the duties and taxes may be. Call your local customs office to get more information on this matter. International shipping rates will be determined at the time you place your order. All duties and other related charges will also be paid by the customer.
You will need to have your order number/e-mail address to track your order. You will get a confirmation e-mail as soon as your product is sent out with details on when it will arrive. If tracking service is not available, you will be notified.
Shipping restrictions allow us to only send our products to certain countries. If you can select your country when filling in your address then we will be able to ship most or all products to you. We regret that we cannot ship framed orders larger than 30 x 40 inches (76 x 101 cm) overseas.
