We try our best to package your merchandise with extreme care. Prints are wrapped in heavy paper and shipped in a strong, sturdy tube. Every framed art is packaged in a secure, sturdy cardboard box to make sure it arrives undamaged.
If you receive a box which is damaged, please let the carrier know about that and tell them to make a note of the damage. If the item inside is damaged or broken we will replace it at no charge.
