Can I just buy the mattes if I already have a frame?
Yes you can. Please give us the exact measurements of the mat size you need. If you already have a frame with glass then give us the glass size measurements for total matte size width and height. Then you need to provide us the opening size within the matte; please make sure you measure the exact size of the image so we cut the matte according to that size. What kind of frames do you use?
We use high-quality frames for all your needs. Most of our sports art comes in black MDF wood frames, which is standard on all our sports merchandise with a foam core backing and heavy-duty back hangers.
All of our fine art prints come in high quality wood frames with different sizes and materials. All the framing options that you have assure that quality and dedication to satisfaction is one of the top things on our list.

Why do some items come pre-framed?
Some items we offer are pre-framed for your convenience and readily available to be shipped when you order. It is another way that ArtandMore.com is your choice for quality service and fast shipping. We try to sell most of our sports art pre-framed so in this way not only you will save more money but we can also ship it faster ready to hang in your sports room.
Do you offer everything pre-framed, framed or prints only?
We only offer most of our sports products pre-framed. Our fine art category you can purchase just the prints or as framed.
What kind of glass/glazing do you use?
Because of the harmful effects of the sun, your picture can be damaged! We cover the front of your picture with glazing and top quality glass/acrylic to keep your artwork safe and brilliant. In our fine art category when you purchase a print and want to have it custom framed you can choose different glazing options.
We supply free hangers to hang the framed products. Alternatively, you can always go to any hardware store and buy a different kind. HOWEVER, We are not responsible for any wall or color damage if you use our hooks/hangers. It will be your sole responsibility if you decide to use them.
Most glass cleaners should NOT be used to clean acrylic. For acrylic, use a mild soap or detergent and lukewarm water and then apply light pressure with a soft, damp (not wet) cloth to clean the acrylic. Make sure that moisture from the damp cloth does not go outside the edges of the glass or acrylic, as this may damage the mats or the prints.
Will you frame a print that I already own or purchased somewhere else?
If you have a sports jersey, sports picture or a fine art print at home that needs to be framed, send it our way! Before you do anything, please send a picture of the image via email and describe all the details how u want to have it framed, what kind of matte colors and any other details. We will respond to you promptly with different framing options and prices.

Can you sell me a framed product without the image/print inside?
Actually we can sell you a very limited number of frames including the mattes if you already have a sports picture or fine art print at home. Please email or call us with your requirements and we can discuss different options.
What if I make the wrong matte color choice?
All of our mattes and frames are shown AS IS, so please make sure you pick the right color during the custom framing process. If you are purchasing our pre-framed products then you can be assured we have chosen the right colors for each item.
Since we do not have a Refund or Return policy on personalized products, if you do not like something once you receive it we will gladly exchange that item; but you have to pay return shipping and then shipping to send it back to you.
How do I use the custom framing tool?
First select your print from our gallery, then the color mattes and how many mattes (you can have up to 3). Next choose your frame - make sure it’s exactly what you want and you have the space measured out where you want to put it. It’s very important to make sure that you picture is going to fit where you want it. The framing tool will automatically place matte and frame around your picture to give you an awesome idea of how it will look completed. After you feel satisfied about your picture, mattes and frame then it’s off to check out to get the process going for you to receive your picture.
